Reliable supply of precision formed parts, brackets, clips, and drawn components produced efficiently on our in-house tooling for Chinchwad OEMs.
From our own dies to finished, inspected pressed components and sub-assemblies.
Beyond building tooling, Precision Industries manufactures the sheet metal pressed components themselves — stampings, blanked and pierced parts, formed and bent parts, and welded sub-assemblies — produced on our own press tools and dies. This lets customers source a finished component from a single partner who also owns and maintains the tool.
We press components from 0.3 to 6 mm sheet in mild steel, stainless, CRCA, GI, aluminium, brass and copper, and support secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, welding of sub-assemblies, and coordination of plating and finishing. Because we designed and built the die, component quality and repeatability are controlled at source.
Whether you need a pilot batch on a new tool or ongoing production volumes, we can quote the tooling and the component together. Being in Pimpri-Chinchwad places us within the Pune automotive and engineering supply chain for fast, reliable delivery.
Materials, operations and what we supply.
Delivering localized, integrated stamping solutions to regional manufacturing hubs.
Chinchwad, alongside Pimpri, forms the traditional core of Pune’s engineering and manufacturing strength. The area demands reliable, long-term partnerships for the supply of precision fabricated and stamped parts. Precision Industries serves Chinchwad by providing a steadfast supply of formed parts, clips, brackets, and drawn enclosures. Our integrated approach—tool making plus component pressing—ensures that our Chinchwad clients benefit from lower overall costs and consistent quality, whether they require pilot batches for new product introductions or steady, long-run production.
The distinct advantage of sourcing components from the company that built the die.
At Precision Industries, we don't just stamp metal; we engineer the entire process. The most significant advantage we offer our clients is our fully integrated approach. We design the press tool, we manufacture the die in our advanced tool room, and then we run that tool on our own press shop floor to produce your finished components. This eliminates the traditional friction between the toolmaker and the component stamper.
Because we are responsible for the final component quality, we design our dies for maximum longevity, ease of maintenance, and absolute repeatability. If a tool needs a quick sharpening or a minor adjustment, it is handled immediately by our in-house VMC and Wire Cut EDM experts, resulting in virtually zero production downtime. You get a single point of accountability: one purchase order, one quality standard, and guaranteed results.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Every batch of components undergoes rigorous dimensional inspection against your drawings. We utilize advanced measuring instruments and custom-built checking fixtures (which we also design in-house) to verify hole positions, bend angles, and complex forms, ensuring that every part that leaves our facility is ready for your assembly line.
Comprehensive sheet metal solutions from raw coil to finished, plated assemblies.
We have extensive experience stamping a wide variety of materials. We routinely process sheet thicknesses ranging from delicate 0.3 mm up to heavy-duty 6.0 mm. Our material capabilities include Mild Steel (MS), Stainless Steel (SS 304, 316, etc.), Cold Rolled Close Annealed (CRCA), Galvanized Iron (GI), Aluminium, Brass, and Copper. We understand the unique spring-back characteristics and forming limits of each material, allowing us to design tooling that gets the geometry right the first time.
Many components require more than just stamping. We offer a full suite of secondary operations to provide you with a completely finished part. This includes precise in-house tapping, countersinking, and deburring to ensure safe handling and proper fitment. We also specialize in welded sub-assemblies. We design custom welding fixtures to accurately locate multiple pressed parts, which are then expertly welded (MIG, TIG, or Spot Welding) into robust sub-assemblies, reducing your assembly time and SKU count.
Furthermore, we coordinate all necessary surface treatments and finishes. Through our trusted network of approved vendors in the Pune region, we manage zinc plating, powder coating, ED coating, anodizing, and heat treatment. The components you receive are fully finished, inspected, and ready for immediate use.

Ordering, volumes, secondary operations and quality.
Both. We build the press tool and then manufacture the finished pressed components on it — so you source the part from a single partner who also owns and maintains the tooling.
From first-article pilot batches on a new tool through to ongoing production volumes, depending on component and tooling.
Yes — tapping, deburring, welding of sub-assemblies, and coordination of plating and finishing to your specification.
Sheet from 0.3 to 6 mm in MS, SS, CRCA, GI, aluminium, brass and copper.
Because we design and build the die in-house, quality is controlled at source, and components are dimensionally inspected against your drawing.
From Pimpri MIDC we serve Pimpri-Chinchwad, Bhosari, Chakan, Talegaon and the wider Pune corridor, with dispatch across Maharashtra.
We operate a range of mechanical and pneumatic presses up to 150 Tons, allowing us to handle everything from small, intricate clips to large, heavy-duty brackets and deep-drawn components.
Absolutely. We specialize in designing and running multi-station progressive dies. These tools allow us to perform blanking, piercing, and forming operations in a single continuous stroke, making them highly efficient and cost-effective for large-volume production runs.
Since we own the tool room, all preventive maintenance and sharpening are handled internally at no extra cost to you during the agreed tool life. This ensures consistent component quality and prevents unexpected production halts.
Yes. As part of our sub-assembly services, we can integrate bought-out hardware like weld nuts, PEM studs, rivets, and specialty fasteners into the pressed assemblies before final delivery.
